A:Answeroh yeah the rep i talked to was very rude about it too i tried telling and showing them on my end it shows preorder they say on their end its coming soon i try to screenshot and they say we CAN NOT accept ANY photos or links (just so they cant be proven wrong) they then tell me "we know what we know" and refuse to help in any way, id say gamestop service is actually better than this and that pretty terrible. cause i promise everyone trying real hard to get this is trying to beat the scalpers yet best buy doesnt care about real customers as long as they make a sale
