you cant tell a best buy rep that they say your lying and proceed to tell you "they know what they know" and wont do anything wont even let you speak to a supervisor wont accept a screenshot proving that it shows as preorder but theyll tell you on their end it shows coming soon so theyrre either too stupid to fix a website or just dont care its pretty apparent its the ladder
