They get some stock in periodically but you just have to check often. I had the Best Buy, Walmart, and Target sites open in different tabs on my phone and would refresh the pages a handful of times a day or just whenever I had a spare minute. After a few days, when I refreshed the Best Buy page, the yellow order button was there and I was able to order successfully. Just picked up my new Switch from the store today.
