- Answer Very large and VERY heavy. It took my wife and I, both are in decent shape, to get this off the truck and to the basement workout room, inch by inch.

QuestionIs level 1 resistance easier on this than the Nordictrack GX 2.7? Currently have that bike and am unable to figure out how to take off the crank arm to get to the part where the resistance can be adjusted
