I already had Norton 360 with 5 months remaining on my subscription. I contacted Norton Tech Support and they just extended my subscription by 17 months. The current 5 months plus the new 12 month subscription. All sign ons, passwords, etc. remained unchanged. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure what the correct answer is, but I'll share my experience in case it can be helpful. I tried buying new vs. renewing a number of years ago and ended-up having to reinstall the software since the product keys were different. Still, it saved quite a bit vs. the renewal cost at the time, so I don't regret it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a 10 user license key and you must uninstall your old software to install the new version. You DO NOT have to create a new account, you can use your current user information.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a license key only. You must download the 360 software directly from the Norton360 website. Yes, you can use your old sign in and email address. We have been using Symantec/Norton ( Now just Norton ) for nearly 20 years now and this has never been a problem. Side point: this product also has a password creator service that creates random passwords. I Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I did the same thing. As long as you have an account with Norton, all passwords remain the same. Even though this item requires auto-renewal, you can cancel at any time.
