Yes they do.... after fitting the earbuds to your ears with choice of several size adapters, the setup will independently test each ear and adjust each earbud accordingly. The step of fittng the adapters is very important to accurate adjustment settings. I ended up using a different size adapter in each ear. In my case my left ear hearing level is much worse than my right ear. After setting these up I dont have to turn my "good" ear to someone to hear them better anymore.
