Can i use these to amplify conversation null

Nuheara IQbuds will enable you to boost your hearing in challenging social environments. The use of digital signal processing and external microphones will in most cases allow you to augment your ability to hear conversations in these environments.

Totally, and they work great for that. I have fairly major hearing loss in one ear and these are amazing for that. I can actually hear things in restaurants for the first time in forever. Just a heads up that they are coming out with a new IQ Boost product very soon that will cost more but is more aimed specifically at hearing assistance.

I don't see how these can be used that way.
