For our product to work, both buds must be worn. Both IQbuds and IQbuds BOOST have a feature where certain settings in the earbuds are disabled until fitted into your ear. These means they essentially go into "World Off" mode and the touch sensors are disabled (approximately 5 seconds) until it is detected in your ears. This prevents the feedback that sometimes occurred prior.
