• No, are you nuts??? Minimum requirement is 650 but I'll tell you right now that you can't run Fallout 4 max with this card and a 650 p/s. Get an 850 or above and get a name brand. NAME BRAND. Don't pay for crap.

• 650W is the bare minimum, which is what I am using.
