Jailbroken is a term referring to an iOS device...this is an Android OS device. Super User access by being "rooted" is not how this device is sold. Root is attainable, however, "rooting" the device will void the manufactures warranty.

Nope. And if your intention is to install Kodi, there is no need to jailbreak. You can install Kodi from the Google Play Store, just like any other application.

This thing does not need to be jailbroken it has google play store and you can download anything there. Even Kodi, this makes set up and million times better.... its not like the firestick in which you have to jailbreak and select unknown source and download an APK. You skip all of that and just download the application directly from google play store.

All you have to do is flip a switch in the general settings menu to allow unknown sources. No need to "jail break"

No it is not jailbroken. If you look online i believe it can be but you will need a USB type A to type A cable which very rare.
