QuestionJust looking at the remote there isn't play/pause , fast forward, rewind button. Is that pretty straight forward to figure out?

- Answer No! Unfortunately it isn't easy to figure out unless you're a techie, gamer, or avid android user. Even then, the controller is too minimalist to make it user friendly. That was the main reason I ended up returning it. :o( Wanted to like it so much too.

- Answer Yes! There are many apps that let you watch live TV. For local news, you can use the Newson add on, or install the Google Chrome browser and watch your local news right through their website

- Answer It's tremendously faster than any smart tv option to date. I have a ks8000, which was a 2200 dollar TV the year before - netflix would still crash, youtube wouldn't open up right and there were other small quality of life things that made my premium TV not FEEL premium. This changed it all. It's so much faster, smoother and I can even use it with my security camera.

QuestionHow easy is the hook up with nvidia shield?

- Answer All you need for hook up is an HDMI cable from the shield to your TV. The remote also has a built in IR blaster so, it can turn certain devices on and off. Also, it can control the volume. Very easy setup.

- Answer It should work. It's just a streaming HDMI device with is a world standard. I don't know about the power supply but it probably works with right adapter for the plug format in that country.
