- Answer I just bought the remote based on this answer and this remote has not worked for my Element 65" 4k Fire TV. I think, even in the booklet it says that they are not compatible with this TV. Can someone prove me wrong? I like the look and feel of this remote but not able to get it working.

- Answer It works very well with Roku. It comes with almost the same buttons on a Roku remote, but instead of the sling TV and CBS all access buttons it has YouTube and prime.

QuestionWill this work with a Denon AVR-X2000 AV Receiver? I currently run my LG tv, Roku, Apple TV, and Nintendo Switch through this receiver. It sounds like this remote will only work for me if it can turn on the receiver as well as the other devices.

- Answer Unfortunately the streamer remote will not work to control your receiver how you would like it, But we do have another remote Smart control 8 that you can pair it to and be able to control all the features. KT With ONE FOR ALL

- Answer I apologize but the streamer is not compatible with the newer NVidia shield Pro's as they no longer have an IR receiver. The only the first generation of NVidia shield had IR receivers. - Answer If it's an actual Roku Tv any brand yes. We have a Tcl and Sanyo Roku Tvs and surprisingly worked on both, it does come with a codebook for different Devices. If it doesn't work return it!

- Answer No, The remote will control basic functions on the TV and Is unable to control a cable box or PS4. There is unfortunately no IR on The Ps4 and this remote was not designed for cable boxes so no codes were loaded on the remote. BB One For All Support

- Answer yes, but you would need the code as it is not in the best buy version's manual. The insignia code should be red power and home until the light blinks red twice and then replay 5 times. BB One For All support
