Mine worked after I upgraded the firmware. Have you updated to the most recent firmware?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two things I can think of right off the top. Have you done the upgrade of the Firmware? If you haven't that may cause a problem. Second are you using Wi-Fi connection or direct connection to your network? If you are using Wi-Fi I would recommend you use a direct connection. The Wi-Fi is slower and weak for connection. If that doesn't do the trick I'd exchange the box. Another Question are you having problems with a particular app? If it is the Sirius app, you need to do the app update. That may be true for other apps that are available through the net option. You should find answers for these problems on the Onkyo site and the app site.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have not gotten this issue resolved yet try resetting your router. Also make sure in the settings that DHCP is enabled in your router. Also make sure you type in the router's correct password when going through the net function set up on the receiver when it asks for it. Hope this helps. Good luck!
