It is not very heavy. I purchased the wrong item and wanted to get the multi-cd player instead, however, as I attempted to return it after the 14 days, they would not take it back, even for store credit. Make sure about the item or know that you cannot purchase items in advance for gift giving, you need to buy close to event if it does not work out.
