I monitored Best Buy's on-line status stock status daily and when it was in stock, I purchased it. I thought it was the most powerful receiver around, but it cannot handle my distributed audio volume demands like my old Marantz. Sort of sad. Stuck with it now, but don't have any better alternatives in mind at that price point.
