Make sure that your PS4 is plugged into the Game HDMI port on the Receiver and the TV is Plugged into the Output HDMI port I have the same setup and it works like a charm When Set to Game on the display- I did connect an Optical Fiber connector also - But that was for feedback from the TV if still having problems: Try another HDMI cord - Then If still no go - another TV - then take Receiver back to Best Buy For Warranty
