“I bought this a year ago as of yesterday and it's messed up for some reason it cuts off and on while trying to watch a movie so what do I do to fix it? It says there is a 2 yr warranty so how do I get it fixed”

Box it up, make a copy of your original receipt and put it in the box with a separate note of what is wrong with it. Send it to the following address. They will have it delivered back to you at factory settings within 2 weeks. Bigston 255 Beinoris Dr. Wood Dale, IL 60191
