“I have a Vizio 4K M70-E3 XLED Plus TV. While streaming Netflix that is built into the tv, I am not getting the sound through my onkyo tx-sr373 via the digital optical cable installed from the tv to the back of the receiver. How do I fix this?”

• Check your settings on the TV and make sure it is using the digital optical cable. On the receiver, check to make sure you are using the TV Audio. If that fails, try using a HDMI ARC cable from your TV to the HDMI ARC unit on your receiver.
