“Does this receiver have enough power to run two sets of smaller floor speakers? I have two pairs of definitive technology bp6 and I will be using both subwoofer outputs. Any thoughts on this configuration & what else I could do?”

Yes it does I’m running a high powered Klipsch towers and surround with a subwoofer and it is holding up to the power.

Then buy two rca splitters. 1 male split plug into receiver to 2 female off each of the towers. Then wire each with 12gauge or lower to front left /right and surround left/right. Set receiver crossover to full range for front and back speakers and set subwoofer to 120herts.You will also be able to adjust everything with an full equalizer for each front, channel, center, rear and so on. I bought this a month ago and I’m still learning. Plug in the room eq microphone and it will adjust everything for you.
