A:Answer I have not tried to connect a fax machine, but as I recall, you need additional hardware from Ooma, similar to standard phone service, assuming you will also use the phone for voice. That is, you need a wired connection to your voice handset and another wired connection to your fax. Otherwise, when the phone rings, would you both answer?
