“The warranty on this projector is 2 Years right? The specifications mentions 90 days. I believe it should be 2 years parts and labor 90 days lamp?”

according to the Optoma web site, it is a 2 year warranty. 90 days is on the lamp only. many DLP manufactures have less warranty on the lamps because people misuse them I guess. I have a 3 year old UHD50 (not 4K, 1080P) and though I use it about 35-40 hours a week, never had any issue with the original lamp. https://www.optoma.com/us/product/uhd51a/ look at the bottom of this page hope that helps
