“Is this screen protector actually clear or does it have the black bars at the top and bottom?”

• It does have a black bar at the very top and one at the bottom (where your "Back" and "Close All" buttons are).......but the rest of the screen is clear & works fine to the touch!

• It's actually not clear from top to bottom. I received it in the mail today and it has the black bars across the top and bottom.
