Will this case allow wireless charging? null

Yes it does, I use it on my Samsung wireless charger by my night stand. You sometimes need to maneuver the phone a certain way for it to pick up charge, but none the less, it will charge the phone and hold the charge, so long as you do not keep moving the phone from it's position.

My husband has a galaxy s7 and wireless charging works just find through it. Not true for the defender case however.

Yes. Wireless charging work fine with the Defender and the Commuter. I have one of each on two phones. Works great!
