“In the specs the size says 7.13 inches by 4.13 by 1 inch . In the picture it does not look that big. Is thaat the box size or the actual cover size?”

Good question. Yes, it is that big. It's just slightly bigger than the phone itself. Not at all bulky. It adds maybe a quarter inch around the phone. It has a rubber padding that goes around then a hard shell plastic that slips over the rubber.
