• This case does not affect the fingerprint on the 5S at all.

• Yes it does. Nothing covers the home button area.So the fingerprint feature will work.

• This case on,y works on the larger 6plus models. SE can fit any iPhone 5 or 5S case

• I'm not familiar with the iPhone SE but I don't see why it should not work. And the entire screen is exposed when the cover flap is folded back so it should work with the fingerprint ID option.

• I've used the iPhone 6S+ with the Otter Defender and had no problems with the fingerprint function.
