This particular case does not. You would want to find a case that says “MagSafe” compatible. There is a Symmetry Case that is MagSafe compatible, it’s on Otter Box’s website.

Yes to both of your questions. I purchased a new iPhone 12 and a few weeks later decided to purchase my first Apple Watch. The charging device that came with my watch is magnetic.
