• A:Answer This harness will only work on those vehicles with the IOR radio RPO code. You can scan the QR code in your driver door jamb to figure out if it has the IOR code in the list.

• A:Answer This harness will not work on a 2018 Silverado. You would need an LPHGM51 harness for a 2018. The LPHGM51 harness will only work on the non-amplified factory audio systems that are factory RPO code IOB, IO5 or IO6.
