• I used the full browser. Works well. Not sure if Flash works though. Did not try a web page with it yet.

• yes you only need connect to your wifi

• Under the APPS button it has a box that says Web Browser, as well as You Tube, Amazon Prime, Etc. I have not tried to use it yet.
