“Do the Panasonic or Sony players have outputs that use balanced cables? I am currently connecting an ancient bluray to my Classe preamp using RCA cables for the audio, and a hdmi to a 15 year old LG TV for the video. Wanting to upgrade the Dvd player.”

Hello there! The DP-UB820 does not have Balanced terminals, that being said, the DP-UB900 model does have BALANCED ports in the back for audio. We recommend checking its documentation for further details. We hope this helps! - F
