“More of a statement than a question. I noticed the description for this product has been for a controller not a remote. It’s also been incorrect for at least 5 years. It’s also been pointed out before. Question: is someone finally going to fix that?”

You are able to use this remote as a controller for certain games. Therefore it stands that it is both a controller and a remote
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works as a media controller. Also it contains the normal buttons found on the xbox controller. Could you use it as a controller, yes, but probably with a learning curve because of button placement. However, as a cable box controller works great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a remote. Check out my review. Works great for media apps. Battery lasts for a long time. Buttons light up via motion sensors, which is pretty cool. The texture is great. Wish I could find a controller with the same texture
