• To insert the SD card you lay it in place, then close the metal holder and slide it towards the top to lock into place.

• It doesn't recognize any of my four memory cards either. I troubleshooted with the company for hours, and they are aware of the issue. They told me the product is exclusive to Best Buy, so they should assist. I'm bringing it in tomorrow, if Best Buy can't get it to work, I will return it. :-(
