This little Wifi camera is awesome. I live in a sketched out part of town and needed something that i could use to monitor who was at my placr without breaking the bank and i found this one it works great. Picks up motion starts recording. You can access the footage wherever you are. Great night vision. I will be buying another one.

The camera is easy to set up. Has a very good picture. I can access the view from anywhere on my cell. The cons are there are no instructions past the set up. Not a lot of settings or explanations of settings. So I don't really know if I can change anything.The only time I get motion notifications is when I go in and out of my apartment. The battery level just dropped to 80% after 3 weeks of use,

Recognizes the microSD card and other times it doesn’t. It’s difficult to install the SD card to get it in the right place in order to close the metal holder. the little metal holder came off. It would be nice if you could install the card on the outside, instead of taking the camera apart to access the card, because the card is behind the batteries inside. Also, my computer won’t open the files; I have to figure out what program to download in order to view them. I like that this is battery operated but I may return it.

Major negative is how and where you mount the camera If you do not mount it in an out of the way hard to reach high place it can easily be taken by a thief since it sits on the mounting plate magnetically. Once word gets around the “thief world” about how it is mounted they will be stealing the camera first. If used as an in house camera it works but if you use it outdoors it has a bad design for mounting it. This should be marketed as an indoor only camera. They really should give some compensation to make up for marketing this as an indoor/outdoor camera. I would return it but I discarded the packaging and I do not want to waste my time so it will be used indoors where I did not need it or intend to use it. Lesson learned. Not a good option to use outdoors unless it is way out of reach and then the problem with that is charging it. No thought was given to how easily the camera itself can be stolen which defeats the purpose of having an outdoor camera. Buy another camera to focus on this one so you can see who steals it. Should get no stars. This review is not intended to be sarcastic or humorous just an honest review of a camera marketed as indoor/ outdoor

I love this cam for the price of $49. Got it from deal of the day. It doesn’t require any sunscription. The only downside is it doesn’t have any support online. It used to record videos when it detects motion. Now it stopped and just take still shots.

Great picture quality, easy to use. This camera meets all my needs. You can't ask for an easier setup experience. And it gives you two mounting options, magnetic mount (included) or you can mount it on a tripod, or the same size mount used on tripods. This camera gives a much clearer picture, and the feature to communicate 2-way through the camera is my favorite!! I can talk to my puppy when I'm not home, all its missing is the dispenser for a treat, lol.
