A:AnswerI have tested this with my Sony A7RIV and a 200-600mm lens. (This is a MASSIVE lens). Without a doubt, it was able to handle it. I would recommend counterbalancing the tripod by adding a bag or some weight to the hook underneath, Definitely mount the rig via the lens rather than the camera in situations like this though. If you mount it from the camera it will be incredibly front-heavy.
