Is this mount ok to use outdoors? null

Mine has been outdoors for about 6 months. Best Buy installed it. With no direct contact to the elements, with just the precipitation that is in the air, the exposed heads of the bolts and nuts are rusting. The frame itself is fine. If possible use stainless steel instead of what came with it.
