Q: QuestionMy backlight on the remote stopped working. Could this have been disabled by my granddaughter messing with it? If so, how do I turn it back on? I've only had the remote 4 months or so.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know if there is a way to get back to the disc menu while watching a dvd/bluray? Pressing the menu button on the remote pops up a "not available" message on screen so I guess that button is just for operational menus for tvs/etc.

Q: QuestionI just had a Samsung Q60B TV installed by the Geek squad. The remote does not have lighting. Will this remote to the job with TV, DirecTV, Sound Bar etc. How difficult is it to program.

• A:Answer It will work just fine for all of that. I have a Samsung 70 inch smart TV, and it controlled the TV instantly. You can add the other stuff, DTV, soundbar, etc., by following the directions, which are included. Also, the web site will guide you through it, too. The backlighting is a big deal, much more so than I thought it would be. If your is not lighting, exchange it.
