“Does this play blu-ray movies?”

• No, this does NOT play Blu-ray movies, but many Blu-Ray movies also include a DVD disc that will play. The specifications say that it will play discs with the following formats: DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+R/W, DVD-R/W, SVCD, VCD, and audio CD. I know that it works with DVD and DVD-R discs. I have not had a chance to try out all of the other formats.
