• Yes as the bulb only uses 10W. 75 is the lumen output equivalent

• I believe you can because they are LED bulbs a lot lower wattage usage

• There should be a conversion chart. I would think the 60 watt for a ceiling fan. I used the Candle because of the base needed for my ceiling fan.

• Usually ceiling fans use smaller bulbs. Same size socket as a normal bulb but the globe of the lightbulb is a lot smaller.. I guess it just depends on what ceiling fan you have
