Does this work with amazon's alexa? null

This configuration (as with many others) requires use of a Hue Hub. If you have a Hue Hub, press the discovery button when prompted on Alexa configuration screen and it should discover your bulbs.

It sure does! But, it only works for on and off, it will not change any scenes you create

Yes, Hue will work with Alexa, but I believe you have to have at least a Gen 2 bridge.

Not by itself. You need the Philips Hue hub to attach to your wifi router...and then you'll be good to go!
