Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the Hue bulbs can be controlled with your smartphone, tablet and Harmony remote as well as the dimmer switch Philips makes available for purchase. There are likely other ways to control Hue which I have not yet explored.

Please try again later.Yes it can, just download the main hue app to your phone, when in the menu under lights you pick your color and can dim or brighten to your standards from there. Also with the selection of scenes you can dim by the whole group setting or go back into the menu and dim which color/bulb you want.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I use an Amazon Echo and a Dot. Both enable me to dim or brighten with voice commands but you can just use App with phone or Tablet. Responds to SIRI voice too I believe.
