• You might need a hub. Works great with my echo plus bc it has a built in hub. Not sure if itll work without some kind of hub. Can always try it and return it.

• I believe u need another device to act like a hub between the two. I have the new echo show and that has a hub built in. So it works seamlessly with that. I do think u need to purchase something to bridge the two devices. Good Luck

• I don’t know about the two you mentioned but they do work with google home and apple home kit. Siri also. But you may need the philips hue hub that has its own app so you don’t need anything else. You should go to the philips hue web page to find out more.
