I wouldn't use a regular dimmer switch. These are best controlled with either the Hue app. Philips does make a dimmer/light switch that will interface with the Hue system and I would use that if you want a manual switch. I haven't encountered any buzzing and I have them go through several different colors and brightness settings based on the time of day.
