A:Answer You can connect up to 6 extensions; each extension is about half the length of the original. The extensions do come with an approximately 3 inch optional connector, or you can plug each directly in to the end of the strip or a previous extension. Ignoring the connectors, the total length is supposed to be 80 plus 6 times 40 inches long, or 320 inches, or 26 feet 8 inches. I did not measure precisely enough to adjust for differences between the marketing label and the actual length.
