Yes. Just use the trimmer to shave your head then go over it with the shaving head.

I shave my head every day with it.............it works well for my quick, everyday "going to work" shave but when I'm dressing up and stepping out on the town, I go old school and break the manual razor back out.

It will definitely shave a head - recommend using the beard trimmer to get the hair short and make sure you keep the clippings from clogging up the works.

Yes, this rave will shave the whole head. However, with any raver I would cut the hair short first and then clean and oil the shaver after every use. Yes, there is a charger for the shaver. However, once unplugged and fully charged it is cordless. Great, questions.
