• It is strapped to your chest and it gently vibrates when it senses you are laying flat on your back. Once you roll on your side it stops. It has helped me.

• It is rather simply. After an initial period of time to allow you to fall asleep, if you turn on your back and stay there for too long, the device vibrates to nudge you to turn your body. The idea is one tends to snore while sleeping on the back to the mattress.
