• It's voice activated and yes, you can wear around your neck but you need to buy the strap separately though!

• Go get your money back a sap. Could not get it to work. Box had a url on how to use. Rules was empty. Googled the 4010 and the information wasn't there - it was blank. Said it would do its own training video but I couldn't get it turned on even after charging. Obviously maker has had significant problems that the info is gone. I wonder if there may be a class action suit against them
