QuestionMy TV's wifi has been off since I purchased it. I have tried to turn it back, but I am unable to. I have factory reset and rebooted it several times with no change. I had to connect it to ethernet cable to get it to work. Pls help!

QuestionJust purchased the TV, turned the TV off and the next day the sound on the TV just turned on by its self but no picture! Why is the TV volume sporadically turning on even though TV is turned off? What can do to fix this?

- Answer Hi Mike, If your TV turns on by itself, it's possible (and even likely) that you or someone else has accidentally set a “wake-up” timer for your TV. Similarly, a sleep timer can cause the TV to turn on or off without you having to do anything. Select “Off” (cancel), “30 min”, “60 min”, “90 min” or “120 min”. 4. Press HOME MENU to exit the menu. - Answer Fire tv simply means that you have a fire stick for a remote. A fire stick is a small very simple to use remote and it does not have a hundred buttons on it! You can stream many channels so it is much better than cable tv.
