If you have an Android, the Android Autoplay will activate. If you have an IPhone, then the Apple Play will activate on the headunit. Make sure you look at your phone and see if you have the proper phone in order to use the applications within the headunit. I have a Galaxy Note 10 Plus and Android Auto kicks on when I activate it.
