- Answer The problem ended up being a faulty wiring harness. Geek Squad took a look and diagnosed the problem. The harness was switched out and all safety sensors can be heard now.

- Answer Pioneer in-dash receivers are designed to work with speakers in the 4 ohm to 8 ohm range. The speakers in your 2007 Saturn are 16 years old and need to be replaced. I recommend Pioneer TS-653R speakers. The easiest and most cost effective way to upgrade your car stereo system is to replace the old junk speakers. After that, nearly any modern in-dash receiver will work great. Please see a Best Buy Sales Associate for installation details.

- Answer No, the Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX will not work with Maestro RR. Pioneer makes many different receivers that work with Maestro. Please consider the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX, or Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX.

QuestionLooking at several of these - Im a little confused how to hook my phone up to the player for Apple CarPlay? Is there a port on the device itself or do I need to buy something separate?

- Answer The Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX has wireless Apple CarPlay. There is a one time setup process to connect your phone to the in-dash receiver. It's very easy to connect your phone to the in-dash receiver for Apple CarPlay the first time. After the first time setup, when you start your vehicle, the phone and the receiver should automatically find one another and connect. Super easy. You can see this demonstrated in this How To video from Pioneer on YouTube: https://youtu.be/EO9U5vJ-NpY Other Pioneer receivers work with Apple CarPlay with a wired connection through USB. A USB extension cable is included with the in-dash receiver. That means you'll plug your phone in to the in-dash receiver through USB and you'll get Apple CarPlay. The benefit to using wired CarPlay is that you'll charge your phone when it's plugged in.

QuestionI have a 2019 Toyota Prius. Will this do the power train display, or will I lose that? I assume it will also work with the back up camera and existing steering wheel controls.

- Answer Yes, the Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX has a built-in amplifier designed to operate up to 4 speakers in your vehicle. This receiver also has RCA outputs that are used for external amplifiers when you're ready to add more power to your system.

QuestionMy stock tuner has Sirius xm built into the unit and just touch the logo on screen. With this unit not having that is it an option to use the Sirius xm app from the iPhone? Wouldn't this save an unneeded cost of some sort of adapter?

- Answer Within Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you should be able to access the SiriusXM application. If you want to use the factory tuner, then you would need to get some sort of interface adapter. In this case, please work with Best Buy’s Geek Squad. They will verify the fit and assist you with any additional accessories you may need.

- Answer The Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX is designed to work with Alexa when using Weblink and the Vozsis app from Pioneer. This works with compatible iPhones and Android based phones. The phone must be plugged into the in-dash receiver through USB. Activate Weblink. Tap the screen to talk to Alexa.

- Answer All three phones are compatible with the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX for wireless Android Auto, Bluetooth streaming. You can't go wrong with any of them. However, please note: The faster the phone's processor, the faster the on-screen performance for the in-dash receiver. I recommend the Galaxy S21.

- Answer Hi, this unit is defective and now I am stuck with it since after waiting for it to be installed professionally it has gone out of the ridiculous 15 day return/exchange policy. I just want it replaced with a working one and you all won't do that. After spending around 100k with you people, Amazon is where I will be shopping from now on.
