Yes it comes with a microphone. The sound is very clear through the microphone at a normal talking voice.

Please try again later.I see the microphone mine clearly came with but for whatever reason, callers can hear me (I can't hear them) and anything Siri says out loud or text messages being dictated nothing comes through the speakers. That being said, I did check where it had been plugged in vs. what the service manual says and it's definitely not in that W/R slot. Side note, the installer I had working on my car got in trouble driving a customer's car and is now unreachable nor do I want to bug him with my car troubles. I'm sure I could figure it out if I understood each 2.5-3.5mm that's on that bottom left corner (facing back of head unit) on my 4400NEX

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a Mic that you will need to install. Pretty simple to do. I put mine on the steering column in front of the gauges. The turn signal annoys callers but thats about it.
