QuestionOn both the Pioneer (manufacturer) and Crutchfield (competitor) websites, this model (AVH-W4400NEX) is listed as having CD - functionality. However, Best Buy says the product does not have it. Can you please confirm?

- Answer Yes it has DVD and CD playback, it also has wireless Carplay and wireless android auto. Just had this installed 2 weeks ago and its awesome, super quick and responsive. Sounds amazing, better then my old Alpine. I paired it with a pair of TS-A series 6 1l2 in the front and TS-A692's in the back and the sound is really crisp and clear, with good bass with just deck power and no sub. I do need to add a sub and amp to really make my system rock, looking for a sale during the xmas and will upgrade then.

- Answer I have this head unit and can confirm it does not have grid lines. Stupid that they took it off but hopefully a firmware update in the near future will fix it

QuestionWIll this work on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited?

- Answer Yes it will, it will work in a JKU, you take out the metal bracket and carefully shave off about an 8th of in off the plastic trim inside of the dash. Not the dash face you take off but underneath where no one see unless they take your dash apart.

QuestionI have a 2015 Honda CRV, which comes with a right blind spot camera. I am aware that I can connect two cameras to this unit but I just want to make sure I can connect the camera under the right side mirror to the receiver. Can you confirm?

- Answer Yes, it will work with any car however you will have to purchase a specific wire harness uniquely suited for your car for it to work. In car audio, it's all about the harness.

QuestionWill this unit work as a back up camera and will it have the parking lines I have now and the steering wheel controls? I have a 2009 Mercedes ML350 with backup camera and navigation, steering wheel controls.

- Answer It will have parking lines if your OEM installed reverse camera had them. Unless you're hardwiring this headunit in without a wiring harness adapter such as Idatalink or Axxess (sp), then no, it won't. But there is an option in the settings where you can choose to show parking lines. Just do a YT search. HTH.
